These terms cover what you buy in the Everyone to Mars explore game: shared homes, gifted homes and upgrades. The game is run by Origin Collective Limited (company no. 16566341), 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
A shared home ($1 for each person in it), a home given to a friend ($1) an upgrade to a home ($1 each), a space suit ($3), a Jet Pup ($10) or a one-of-one home ($49 to $99; we sell each design once). It's built in the colony as soon as the payment goes through, with the Instagram handles you typed on it, and everyone exploring the colony can see it. It's a digital item inside the game. It isn't property, land or a share in anything, and it has no cash value.
Because we build it straight away, you agree when you buy that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel digital content. If something goes wrong on our side (it doesn't appear, or it's built with a different handle from the one you typed), send us a message (a DM to @everyonetomars on Instagram) within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
Only type handles of people who'd be happy to have a home in the colony. We'll remove anything offensive or anything the handle's owner asks us to take down, and refund the person who paid for it.
We may change how the colony looks as the series goes on. Homes you've bought stay in it for as long as the game runs.
